The number 1 team has fallen for the 2nd week in a row. Last night it was Ohio State falling on the road against Wisconsin. Wisconsin lead at halftime 21 to 3. The Buckeyes got within 3 points, but Bucky fought them off and pulled off the upset. This means Oregon will inherit the number 1 ranking.
