The 2K Sports Classic semi-finals have Our Big East favorite Pittsburgh, facing ACC challenger Maryland. We have already seen 1 ACC team give a top 25 team a scare, as Miami was a couple of baskets shy of beating Memphis. Tonight, Maryland will challenge these Panthers. The Terps are lead by senior G/F Cliff Tucker. They also have a couple of bright young stars in Jordan Williams, and true-freshman Pe'shon Howard. We all know this Pittsburgh team pretty well. They have a couple of guys who are dynamite scorers, in Ashton Gibbs and Brad Wanamaker. For reasons already explained I like the Panthers in this game. They are the more skilled and athletic team. If Maryland wants any realistic shot at knocking off Pitt they are going to need big nights from Cliff Tucker and Jordan Williams.-Josh Neighbors
